OUR STAFF

At Good Neighbour Care we look for carers who are compassionate, reliable and who will treat our clients with respect, dignity and kindness.

The client is always our first consideration. We always conduct police check on every new member of staff.

Staff members receive support and guidance on an on-going basis and they are encouraged to develop individual skills. Every achievement is recognised and rewarded; innovations are encouraged while views on client and staff matters are always welcome.

Our staff are skilled, friendly and experienced. You’ll have a small team of carers who you’ll get to know and trust.

Our staff are DBS-checked, with at least two references before working for us. Fully trained in safeguarding adults, first aid, food hygiene and high quality customer service.

Our home and personal care services are provided by our brilliant London based staff who all have years of experience in the field of care and have been DBS checked. At Good Neighbour Care,we understand that every individual need is different - this is why we carefully match our staff with the care needs of our clients through a comprehensive referral and consultation process.
